“Maybe we need a virtual cocktail hour,” says Doris on Meet the Press

FDR had a cocktail party every night during World War II where the rule was you couldn’t talk about the war. We have to believe we’re getting back to structured life or else the isolation is going to be so damning to all of us. We need human connectedness so badly.” Listen to their exchange here.
