Presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin joins Meet the Press and discusses with the panel the need for President Donald J. Trump to stop Russia’s attempts to undermine our American democracy. “We do have evidence that the Russians are now trying to meddle with the next election, and our president should be mobilizing everything. Elections are the fundamental basis of what we are. When he takes an oath to preserve and protect the Constitution, he’s protecting fair elections, free elections.
